I have a great job that I love and have been at for the past 20 years. I work for Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities. I have the greatest job in the world. I work with the most genuine and honest adults who just happen to be developmentally disabled. My friends that I work for have taught me more than I could ever have taught them. I have a very close family. I have 2 BIG dogs. I love so much. They are the love of my life. Their names are Elmsley and Bailey. I am pretty much a home body. I enjoy reality TV (Big Brother) is my favorite. I am married to my husband for the second time. He works out of state quite a bit. I go to Michigan to see Pat Collins-Gooch a couple of times a year.

What cities have you lived?

I took a leave of absence from work to move London England in 1998. Richard didn't like it very much so we moved back after 7 months. I just came back from Las Vegas which was a blast !!!!! I moved up to Lake Huron in the early 80's but didn't like it very much and missed all my family so we moved back.

Do you still speak to or hang out with friends from high school?

my best friend is Pat Collins. I talk to her all the time. I just saw Lisa S. she stopped by to let me know about the reunion.

How did you hear about this website?

Looked for it on Facebook

Did you get any tattoos or body piercings since high school?

No

Your career now. Is what you wanted to do and how did you get into it?

I work with Adults who are disabled either physically or mentally. I went to visit a workshop years ago and knew that's what I wanted to do. My son is physically disabled. He has so much to give. He has taught me so much about what's important and how to be grounded.

If you are attached, how did you and your spouse/partner meet?

I had been divorced from my husband about 22 years. We re-met in Krogers in the meat dept of all places. It wasn't meant to be the first time. We were married 6 years young and niave.

What is your favorite memory of Stebbins High School?

I don't know if I have just one favorite memory. I do know that walking back into Stebbins when my sons were freshmen was very strange. Stephen played football all 4 years that we quite fun. He was the quarterback.

If you could go back in time, what would you do differently in high school?

pay attention a bit better !!! Not judge people

What famous or interesting people have you met?

None that I know of

Did you ever skip school or class?

YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are you afraid of?

nothing I have learned over the years that if you have faith there is nothing ever to be afraid of. What's going to happen is going to happen it's all up to God so why waste your time being scared or afraid, just have faith

What words of wisdom would you leave us, friends and/or family with?

don't judge people by the way they look or act. everyone is so different that's what makes this world a wonderful place to be. Always be yourself most importantly BE HONEST, GIVE EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T THINK YOU CAN. dream big and never give up on your dreams someday they will come true.
