Duncan, Billy Joe, 60 of Fairborn, OH died unexpectedly on Tuesday September 12. He was a graduate from Stebbins High School- class of 1975, and a retiree from General Motors Truck and Bus Division . He was preceded in death by his father Billy D. Duncan, and his granddaughter Willow L Duncan. He is survived by his mother Betty J. Duncan, sister Linda F Ruffing (Richard), son Ross E. Duncan (Krista), daughter Jillian R. Douglas (Brian), girlfriend Andrea L Nartker, and grandchildren Poet, Wyatt, Briley, Layla and Braylon. Bill was a man you could always count on if you needed him, and the type of man that would help anyone with anything. He was an exceptional father; teaching his children skills they would have for life and always making sure they were taken care of. He was a loving son; taking pride in beating his mom at Uno almost every night, and helping to care for her. He was a wonderful loyal friend to those he kept close. He lived all year long for hunting season, and was rarely seen in anything but camo. His family and friends loved him dearly. You couldn't take him anywhere without him knowing someone! He will deeply and forever be missed. Viewing will be held on Sunday September 17, 2017 at Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. from 1-3pm, and a short services to follow at 3 PM.
