When: Labor Day Weekend September 3rd and 4th 2010.
Friday night September 3rd, 7:00 pm to 2:00 am. It's casual we'll meet at the Holiday Inn's bar and grill (McKenna's) to mingle, talk, laugh and reconnect.
Saturday morning Golf outing (more details and cost to follow later)
Saturday night September 4th - 6 pm to 2 a.m.-It's business casual
6 pm to 7 pm is cocktail hour with cash bar and appetizers.
7 pm to 8 pm is a gourmet dinner including salad, Teriyaki London Broil and Chicken with sun dried tomato cream sauce, broccoli/carrot mix, garlic whipped potatoes, desert including cakes, pies and cheesecake, coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer and wine. The cost is $50 per person.
8 pm to 11 pm it's a night of music, dancing, old and new memories, pictures and more.
A cash bar will be in operation for more exotic drinks and premium brand liquors.
11 pm to 2 am we return to McKenna's bar and grill to finish the night with old friends.
Holiday Inn Details
We have blocked out 25 rooms at the Holiday Inn for the out of towners and for those who simply don't want to drink and drive or don't want to be a designated driver. We expect the rooms to go quickly... normally $139 per night, call the hotel at 937-426-7800 tell them you are with the Stebbins Class of 75 Reunion and you'll get the room for $109 which includes breakfast, indoor pool and fitness room. Get some friends together and have a slumber party and everyone in the room gets free breakfast. Obviously, there are many hotels available in the Dayton area, but remember there is a huge soccer tournament Labor Day Weekend and rooms in the area are going fast. Wherever you choose to stay get your reservations in quickly. Don't wait until the last minute or (God Forbid!!) you may have to move back in with your parents! I wonder if my mom still insists on a curfew?
Homewood Suites Details
If you are looking for something more upscale, the Homewood Suites has their standard 1 room suite, with a kitchen, a little more spacious, etc. for $139 or $149 with a fireplace. The parking lots of the 2 hotels are joined and within walking distance.... or as Robert Crawford says "within stumbling distance..." Their number is 937-429-0600.
In the order form below, please indicate the number in your party to attend the Friday night reception. There is no charge (other than the drinks and food you order). This will insure that the hotel has enough bartenders and servers available for better service and we can give them a basic head count.
Many people have asked if they can donate money to assist classmates that cannot afford to attend to the Saturday night dinner. Yes you can. If you would like to offer a helping hand to others, simply place a quantity in the box below for "Help a classmate out". You can contribute $10, $20, $30, $50, etc in increments of $10. You can use your credit/atm card or send a check to Kelly. If you know of someone who would like to attend but can't for financial reasons please send a confidential email to admin@stebbins75.com. All contributions and all recipients will remain confidential. Thank you for your generosity to help a classmate out.
The 35th reunion committee has met and is finalizing details. The goal is to put together a Reunion that is economical and still a lot of fun. The committee for the 35th reunion consists of a wide range of talented and creative people. Send a question or comment to any of the people below and we'll work on getting you the correct answer.

The reunion will be Labor Day Weekend, 2010. Start planning now, put your vacation time in at work, get a sitter for the dogs, farm out the kids and grandkids.... There's going to be food, dancing, hula girls.... huh? whatsthat? No hula girls? uh... Okay, there's going to food, dancing, golfing, food and best of all good conversation... Visit with your friends, make some new friends...
